From one sentence to a running integration: how intake works

You describe what you want connected in plain language. We turn it into a scoped, flat-fee build — then deploy it and run it. Here’s the whole flow, start to finish.

Most integration projects start with a kickoff call, a discovery doc, and a statement of work. Ours starts with a sentence. Here’s exactly what happens between “I need Salesforce talking to Snowflake” and a job running in our cloud.

1. You describe the outcome

By chat, voice, or a short form, you tell us the systems and what should move — “sync our closed-won opportunities from Salesforce into Snowflake every night.” No field-by-field mapping, no auth decisions, no platform to learn. Name any system, even one we haven’t built before; if it has an API, a database, files, or a webhook, we connect it.

2. We read it back and scope it

Right away you get a plain-language confirmation of what we understood — the systems, the data, the cadence — so you know we got it right. Behind the scenes that same submission is assessed for feasibility, the connectors involved, and the right plan tier, and it lands with a senior architect.

3. We send scope + a flat fee — within one business day

You get the scope and a flat monthly price. No hourly billing, no surprise overages — we alert you well before you’d ever hit a limit, and no invoice grows past your subscription without your one-click approval.

4. We build, deploy, and run it

  • Senior architects + AI build the integration to your spec (typically 1–3 weeks).
  • It’s deployed and hosted in our cloud — per-customer isolation, encrypted credentials.
  • You get a live dashboard to watch jobs run.
  • We monitor it, retry transient failures, and alert you the moment something needs you.
You describe the outcome. We handle the build, the hosting, the running, and the watching. You pay one flat fee.

That’s the whole model — the integration you don’t have to operate. Tell us what to connect and we’ll take it from there.

Stop writing glue code.

Describe what you want connected. We build it, run it, and bill one flat fee.
