1. Who we are
Weldforge is a product of Green Dolphin Software LLC, a California limited liability company registered at 3635 Sandalford Way, San Ramon, CA 94582. We provide integration-as-a-service via weldforge.ai.

2. What information we collect
- Intake form submissions: email, build description, optional voice recording. Submitted at /intake.
- Chatbot conversations: messages typed into the support chatbot widget; forwarded to Anthropic for response generation. Not stored long-term.
- Customer integration data: data transiting your integrations (e.g., Salesforce records being synced to NetSuite) is processed in flight; persistence rules are in your Subscription Agreement.
- Email correspondence: messages to support@weldforge.ai, max@weldforge.ai, etc.
- Server logs: standard request metadata (IP, user agent, timestamp, path) retained by Vercel for ~30 days.
We do not use third-party advertising trackers, marketing pixels, behavioral profiling, or sell personal data.
3. How we use information
- Respond to intake submissions with a scope and pricing proposal
- Operate the support chatbot via Anthropic Claude
- Run the integrations we build on your behalf in our cloud
- Send proactive overage alerts and operational notifications
- Debug the platform, prevent abuse, meet hosting security obligations

5. Data retention
- Intake submissions: retained in email until disposition + 7 years (tax / business records retention).
- Chatbot messages: ephemeral; Anthropic API default logging applies (typically 30 days).
- Server logs: ~30 days at the hosting layer.
- Integration data in flight: not persisted by Weldforge beyond what your specific integration requires for its operation; configured per Subscription Agreement.
6. Your rights (CCPA / GDPR)
California, EU, and UK residents have the right to access, delete, correct, and object to processing of their personal information. Email max@weldforge.ai with subject line “Privacy Request.” We respond within 30 days.
We do not sell personal information or share it with third parties for advertising.
7. Security
All traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS / TLS 1.3). Data at rest is encrypted in our cloud subprocessors. Email is sent and received with SPF + DKIM + DMARC. Engagement Slack channels are private by default.
8. Children
The Site is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date reflects the current version. Material changes are emailed to active subscribers.
