1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using weldforge.ai (the “Site”) or the Weldforge platform (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or Service. Weldforge is a product of Green Dolphin Software LLC (“Weldforge,” “we,” “us”), and we may modify these Terms at any time; continued use after modification constitutes acceptance.
2. Informational content
Content on the Site - blog posts, pricing tiers, feature descriptions - is provided for informational purposes only. It is not a binding offer. Marketing pricing is indicative; final pricing is in your Subscription Agreement.
3. Intake form & build agreement
Submitting the intake form is an inquiry, not a contract. Weldforge will respond with a scope confirmation and proposed subscription tier. Only an executed Subscription Agreement creates a binding relationship.
4. Acceptable use
When interacting with the Site or Service, you agree not to:
- Submit malicious files, malware, or executable code through any form or API
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or replicate substantial portions of the Site without permission
- Attempt to compromise Site or platform security, including the chatbot
- Use the Service to transmit data you do not have the right to transmit
- Submit fraudulent, infringing, or unlawful content
- Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm any individual or entity
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract our proprietary system prompts from the chatbot
Weldforge may impose rate limits on the chatbot and intake form to prevent abuse. Persistent violation may result in IP-level blocks or subscription termination.
5. Chatbot disclaimer
The Weldforge Support chatbot is powered by an AI language model and may produce responses that are inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Chatbot responses are not binding service commitments. Confirm material information by emailing support@weldforge.ai or submitting a formal intake.
6. Intellectual property
The Site and Service, including text, graphics, logos (Weldforge wordmark and forge mark), structure, and source code, are owned by Green Dolphin Software LLC and protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from Site content without prior written permission.
IP terms for the integrations we build for you (code, runbooks, etc.) are in your Subscription Agreement. Default: you have a perpetual, royalty-free license to all delivered integration configuration; Weldforge retains rights to platform code, reusable patterns, and frameworks.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SITE AND ALL INFORMATIONAL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. Service-level warranties (uptime, support response) are stated in the Subscription Agreement.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GREEN DOLPHIN SOFTWARE LLC (operating as Weldforge) AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICE. The Subscription Agreement's liability cap controls for paid customers.
9. Governing law & dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts located in Contra Costa County, California, and you consent to that venue.
