Your account, your data, your rules — and how we keep them safe

Roles, teams, and single sign-on you control, on a foundation of per-customer isolation, end-to-end encryption, and a full audit trail. Here’s how account management works at Weldforge.

When you run your operations on a platform, two questions matter as much as what the product does: who can get in, and is my data truly mine? Here’s how we answer both — in plain terms, without the security jargon.

Account management secured by design: sign in your way, your isolated workspace, roles teams and profiles, encrypted and audited.
Four things every Weldforge account gets, by default.

Sign in the way your company already works

Large company with an identity provider like Okta or Microsoft Entra? Your team signs in with the credentials they already have, and your IT keeps control. Small team that just wants in? An email login gets you started in minutes. You pick the path that fits — and you can move from one to the other later without rebuilding anything.

Roles, teams, and profiles you control

You decide who can see and do what. Add teammates, group them, and assign profiles that grant exactly the access each person needs — no more, no less.

  • Invite teammates and set their role in a couple of clicks.
  • Profiles bundle permissions so access is consistent, not ad-hoc.
  • Group people by team for clean, scalable management.
  • Remove someone and their access is gone immediately.

Every customer in their own walled-off space

Your account lives in its own isolated workspace. One customer can never see another’s data — that separation is enforced at the deepest level of the system, not by a setting someone could flip by mistake. It’s the foundation everything else is built on.

Encrypted, least-privilege, and audited

  • Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
  • Access is least-privilege: systems and people get only what they need.
  • Every meaningful action is recorded in an audit trail you can review.
  • There are no shared or generic logins — access is always tied to a person.

Built for HIPAA and FedRAMP expectations

For regulated work, these aren’t nice-to-haves. Enforced multi-factor sign-on, central identity, instant offboarding, encryption, and a complete audit trail are exactly the controls those frameworks demand — so we make them the default rather than an upsell.

Your data is yours, isolated and encrypted. Access is yours to control. And everything that happens is on the record.
